The new chip-on-board technology not only improves light quality, but also thermal management and strip flexibility. Smaller LEDs can be packed tighter and weigh much less than larger LEDs, resulting in a strip that can meet application needs. Spotless output makes COB LED strips ideal for narrow applications such as display cabinets and backlighting, or using reflective surfaces such as granite and tiles. High output, high quality light COB LED retractable strips hold 528 LEDs per meter, producing 100Lm/W of smooth, continuous light at 180°.

    Q4: How to install the strip light?

    A: 1. Be sure to slowly peel off the 3M adhesive protective paper layer on the strip light.

    2. Use a dust-free cloth to remove dust and oil from the mounting surface.
    3. Install the strip light on a dry, clean surface.
    4. Do not touch the adhesive surface with your fingers. Press for 10 to 30 seconds after applying the tape.
    5. The ideal operating temperature range of the strip light is -20°C to 40°C (-68°F to 104°F). If the mounting temperature is below 10°C, use a hair dryer to heat the glue before sticking the strip light.

     

    Q5: How to install strip lights at corners? Can cob light strips be bent?

    A: If you don't want to cut at corners or use quick connectors, you can bend the strip lights. Be careful to avoid folding the soft light strips, as it may cause overheating or damage the life of the product. For more details, you can communicate with us online or offline.
