On the occasion of the arrival of the Lunar New Year in 2026, we hereby announce the service arrangements during the holiday period to enable you to plan your orders and project progress reasonably: Holiday arrangement for the Lunar New Year of 2026 is as follows:

1. Holiday Schedule

Official holiday period: February 10, 2026 - February 23, 2026

Full resumption of work: February 24, 2026 (All departments including production, sales, and after-sales will resume normal operations at that time)

2. LED Product Orders and Shipping Arrangements

During the holiday, production and shipping will be temporarily suspended. We recommend that you plan your orders in advance to avoid shipping delays caused by the holiday.

Pre-holiday Shipping Notice

For all orders related to LED lights, LED switches, and LED power supplies completed by 18:00 on January 27, 2026 (Beijing time), we will arrange for shipping as soon as possible. Please ensure that you confirm the order details before the deadline to avoid shipping delays.

Ordering During the Holiday

Our overseas independent website will remain open 24/7. You can place orders for LED lighting products, switches, and power supplies at any time.

All orders placed on January 27 and during the holiday will be prioritized for production and shipping in the order of payment after the holiday.

3. Customer Service and After-sales Support Adjustment

During the holiday, if you have any sales inquiries or order processing needs regarding our LED cabinet light series products, smart touch-sensing LED switches, or high-efficiency energy-saving LED power supplies, you can still contact our dedicated customer service representative via email or WeChat. We will respond to you as soon as we resume work. In case of any urgent situations with your order (such as product quality issues or abnormal logistics), please send an email to sales@wh-cabinetled.com so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
