1. What kind of Lighting solutions WeiHui led can provide?

For most of factory, They can only provide led strip light or sensors, one part of the lighting solutions. As we all know that, For led cabinet lighting solutions, it is 12V or 24V series, which means that we need to add extra power supply and controlling system to make it complete. For Weihui LED, We can provide LED Strip light+ Sensors+ Power supply+ All accessories together. So you do not need to worry about whether your strip light can match with power supplies,etc. One station Shopping with all parts together.
2. What can we do for custom-made design with Low MOQ?

For product itself, We can make different Color Temperature, Different Watt, Different Aluminium profile finish, Different length for strip light. For Sensor switches, We can make different function, such as sensing distance, Sensing time in function, Different finish, different cable connectors,etc.

For Logo and packages, We have laser machine and printer. So we can make your logo in product itself and packed it with sticker with all your requested information, such as item numbers, logo, website,etc.

All in all, We can make all these Smaller Custom-made changes without MOQ! Because we are factory.
3. Can I have a sample? What’s the cost will be? How long will it take?

Yes we can provide samples for checking before you place the bulk order. For ready stock samples, you only need to pay for the shipping cost; For customized samples, we will need to charge 10~20 dollars for each design( Minor changes) + shipping cost. The processing time is about 7 working days usually for samples after file confirmed.
4. How about the inspection?

To ensure that our clients can get the goods with their request. Except daily control on production and QC Department, Our Sales department will make Samples report before mass production before sending the samples for you to confirmation.

What is more, We will make second extra Production inspection report for mass production before delivery. If any mistakes or not-matched details, We can adjust and solve it in factory without client Loss! Right now, To ask inspection report before delivery becomes a habit for all our long-term clients!
5 .What is your Production Capacity?

It depends on different products. We have different production line for different products. For flexible strip light, We can make 10,000m per day. For Complete strip light such as led drawer light, We can make about 2000pcs per day. For Regular strip light without switch, We can make 5000pcs per day. For sensor switches, We can make 3000pcs per day. All these can make it at the same time.
6. Do you have any certificates?

Yes, we have different Certification for different market. For led power supply, We have UL/CCC/CE/SAA/BIS,etc For All led strip lights and Sensors, It belongs to Low Voltage series, We can provide CE/ROHS,etc.
7. Which regions does your market mainly cover?

WEIHUI's Main Industries:

Furniture & cabinet, Hardware and led lighting, etc

WEIHUI's Main Market:

90% International Market (30%-40% for Europe, 15% for USA , 15% for South America and 15%-20% for Middle East) and 10% Domestic Market.
8. What's your payment terms and delivery terms?

For payment terms we accept T/T in USD or RMB currency.

For delivery terms we have EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF according to your requirement.
9. What can I do if my goods are damaged during shipping?

We attach great importance to the quality of products and have a strict QC department to minimize the rate of defective products. If there are any defective units please kindly contact us and send us pics or videos for them, we will make corresponding compensation.
